Manhattan Theatre Club, NYC

MTC is looking for a company management intern to start immediately and work through the summer. The company management intern gains insight into the details of theatrical management on Broadway and Off-Broadway. Responsibilities include assisting the company managers with the drafting and execution of actor contracts, coordination of show/actor-related travel needs (transportation, housing, etc.), and opening night planning.


Interns also work closely with box office staff handling house seat orders and arranging all Tony Voter tickets for productions at the Friedman. Interns may gain experience assisting company managers at the theatre, for which occasional evening hours would be required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
